l He has consistently maintained high safety standards by educating TSI employees about accident prevention and is also responsible for insuring proper safety certifications and safety practices on all projects. He routinely conducts unannounced work site safety inspections to insure safety procedures are followed. Additionally, Mr. Elmore works closely with engineers to formulate action plans prior to the beginning of any jobs to identify concerns and eliminate any possible time consuming issues.
Henry Elmore and TSI’s alternative means and methods create a new look at traditional methodology and have made them innovators in cleaning lakes, canals, and marshlands without any damage to their ecosystems. They have the required resources to remove debris from practically any location with no damage to the environment. These talents and practices have made them the leaders they are in the business today.
