Exotic Eradication
TSI has treated for exotic vegetation in Right of Ways, Natural areas, Creeks and Rivers and Ponds. Exotics have been treated by hand removal, mechanical and herbicide treatments. Treatment to include- basal treatment, cut stump, strip application and power shearing. Equipment utilized includes trucks, ATV, Boats, backpack spaying and the use of a computerized spray system, the Tasc-6300. This spray system is one of only three in Florida and is required for FDOT herbicide strip applications. This application system uses a computer and GPS with printout that shows the accurate account of acreage sprayed and chemicals applied.
