Emergency Repair
TSI was called by the Canaveral Port Authority to an emergency when a 7 million dollar crane had fallen through the concrete next to the dock for infiltration. TSI began by determining the area that had been undermined. We then removed the concrete dock to a suitable area . Then removed all loose and sluffed materials and began working around in-ground utilities including a transit water main. Once all unsuitable materials had been removed, we installed a stabilized rock mix in lifts to insure proper compaction and stabilization. TSI worked on this project for 22 straight hours as the dock was active with refrigerated containers waiting to un load.
